On October 10 at NatWest in London, DigitalAgenda leads a morning of debate designed to help understand the people and organisations who invest for social impact. The event happens with an audience of 150 founders, academics, policymakers and investors, drawn from the DigitalAgenda Network.

DigitalAgenda’s autumn investment event, Making Impact Happen, brings together some of the leading figures in social impact for an immersive morning around a live question time format. We’ll explore:

Public is a new investment advisory business helping innovators transform local and central government services through digital. Daniel was previously deputy head of policy at 10 Downing Street under David Cameron and has also worked for the US State Department.



Sam Duncan – LeapFrog – head of impact
LeapFrog invests capital, people and knowledge in purpose-driven businesses, helping them to grow, be profitable and have real social impact. Sam leads LeapFrog’s ‘profit with purpose’ measurement work. She has 10 years of experience in emerging and developed markets in Australia, India, Honduras and Peru.

Rod Schwartz – ClearlySo – chief executive

Impact investment bank ClearlySo is driven by a belief in the power of business to deliver positive change. Brooklyn-born Schwartz, a former investment banker, co-founded the firm nine years ago. Since then it has done 140 deals for 120 clients and this year expects to raise £60m.

Our audience of 150 is drawn from the DigitalAgenda Network. Questions on the day will come from the floor.
