Social Marketing for Social Enterprise

This webinar will be presented by Professor Jeff French who will give participants a grounding in Social Marketing theory, concepts and techniques and how these can be applied to boost the impact and efficiency of social enterprises. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about how key marketing concepts such as value creation, relationship marketing and service design can be applied in the social enterprise sector.

The webinar will also introduce participants to marketing techniques that can strengthen the delivery and evaluation of programmes intended to influence the behaviour of target groups, donors and partners.
